My STADA Story: Fast-tracking your career
Dana Winkler, a candidate in the "Accelerate" talent program, believes that with the right positive attitude and energy, anything is possible when it comes to accelerating one's career and rotating through different roles at STADA.
With only three years of working experience when she started the Accelerate program, Dana made important contributions to a major Consumer Healthcare integration, co-steered international product launches and most recently led the PMO activities in Vietnam at PYMEPHARCO-STADA AG.
All this was enabled through STADA believing in every step and a great, supportive team.
As diverse as my rotations have been at STADA, they have all had one thing in common: a great team spirit, true to our value "OneSTADA". STADA enables me to grow where growth is biggest: outside my comfort zone – the personal, cultural and professional experiences I have made are priceless. Purposeful, driven and diverse colleagues create an inclusive environment where we encourage and learn from each other.
